Vacancy - Customer Service employee

 

As a Customer Service employee of our Warehousing department at Van Vliet Transport you are responsible for the customers in your department. You see opportunities for improvement and make this negotiable. You support and help where necessary and you are continuously improving the processes for our company and our customers. Of course you maintain contact with our customers on a daily basis. Are you a jack of all trades, do you like customer contact and do you enjoy working together in a friendly team? What are you going to do?

 

You and the team ensure that all customers are satisfied. You are responsible for achieving the goals. So you know better than anyone how to monitor this and ultimately exceed the goals. You register complaints, ensure a good friendly follow-up and thus know how to keep customer satisfaction at a high level. You also help to implement new customers. You want to make everything faster, easier and better. You know what it is like to do shopping and how to perform the associated financial tasks.

  • In a nutshell:

    You optimize the various work processes;

    You are responsible for achieving the KPIs;

    Customer satisfaction is your main driver;

    You are responsible for an optimal customer experience, via telephone and e-mail;

    You know what to do with a new customer to tailor the customer services as well as possible;

    With your computer skills (WMS / MS Office) you analyze and report department results to management;

    You maintain good cooperation with the various departments;

    Job requirements

    You have 2-3 years of relevant work experience;

    You have at least MBO level 4 working and thinking level. HBO level is an advantage;

    Affinity with logistics is a must;

    A good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written;

    Advanced MS office skills and experience with Navision;

    You are goal-oriented and if you think you can improve something, you go for it;
